Healthy Bod, Healthy Mind: speaker session by Tanisha

Last Thursday ( 10/23) we talked about health. I know it sounds boring, but it was actually really cool! We talked about the right way to eat, and ways to get you on track to being healthy and fit. Did you know that not all skinny people are healthy or fit?In order to call yourself healthy or fit you have to eat the right food every single day. Not once a week, not once a month, but every single day.
It sounds like a lot, but once you get the hang of it, it's a lot easier and healthy. After listening to the fabulous speakers, I felt motivated enough and started doing some of the things they told us about. It's not as easy as I thought, but it makes me feel great when I think about being healthy. Think about it like this, your body is always helping you out more than enough, it's time you started doing the same!

Tanisha is right, our speakers were fabulous! We heard their personal success stories and learned some easy moves to keep us in shape.
